Food *****s market DANGER
Be very very extremely cautious at FLM centurion at Gateway plaza, all on record , first they did not returned my bread I paid for , complain was because it was not eatable, not the first time !!! Yesterday shopping I was overcharged on garlic 🧄, refund after quarries was done , NOW PLEASE THIS IS FACTS , first I have no bread replaced , Garlic was removed from my tray and vanished by one of Teller Person, yes indeed , it was paid for ! Previous I complains to head office Cape Town *** empty promises of call back none whatsoever for the last 20 days! Today 5 oct. 2024 I went to see management at store a Mrs trudie tried to sort the problem as I have solid proof and there own staff as witnesses what’s happening before and yesterday as they have confirm on front of her . Now the big BANG!! I asked for the store manager for the last week including today , no he’ll will turnover , will not attempt to help, my assistant who was with me please read carefully the fact, all of a sudden the store manager came raging like a crazy bull grabbed the AFRICAN person next to me throw him against the wall and told him to f…k off and get out , I asked him is me next ? He’s rep**** get the f…l out of my store your complaint is Nog accrued here . First this is theft and robbing clients of money and goods .AND worst ****** FOR SURE. I called h/0 flm the ignore my call as is they in fact support ******** activity at their store as well as ****** as it seems , other African people were showe to witness which we have their info and reported to the police as well as to 702 etc, besides not replacing bad food they also ***** it and to make SURE ****** IS VERY ACTIV AND IN A BRUTAL PHYSICAL WAY TOO. Please people of South Africa be cautious of theft and as it seems ****** at GOOD *****S MARKET , Store manager Bruce McLaren , it’s danger all the ways as head office did not helped to sold but as is to support above as it seems ,
THEY DONT EVEN ADRESS THE SHOCKING TRUTH THAT THE PERSON WHO WAS NEXT TO ME WITNESS WAS BLUNTLY WITHOUT ANY REASON WHATSOEVER ATTACKED TROWN AGAINST THE WALL JUST BECAUSE HE IS AN AFRICAN ????, YES POLICE IS INVOLVED . we strongly believe is not just *****ing paid product and chase customer out as we were told to f and leave the store as we complain and it will not be entertained .
Again Ms. Trudie was in the process to rectify the situation of refunds before the RAGEING AS A MAD BULL manager Mr. Bruce mc Laren physically attacked us ,/ in OUR OPINION HE SHOULD BE FIRED ON THE SPOT AND BEING ARRESTED , HOWEVER WE SHALL SEE WHAT THE POLICE IS DOING . HEAD OFFICE REFUSED TO ASSIST . SOME OTHER PEOPLE CALLED RADIO 702 AND METRO AND CONFIRMED THEY WILL WRITE TO THEM TOO AS IT SEEM IT WAS PURE RASICM AND THEFT OF GOODS AND NONE REPLACE , AGAIN .MS. TRUDIE WAS IN THE PROCESS TO RECTIFY THE MISTAKE THEY MADE AT FLM BEFORE STORE MANAGER ATTACKED US.. THER IS CAMERAS ,WE KINDLY CHALLENGE YOU ,HEAD OFFICETO VIEW THE CAMERAS NEXT TO THE OFFICE COUNTER AT TILL NR 3 SHOP FLM GATEWAY PLAZA CENTURION.
