Food not fresh

Bought several goods and found at home that the biltong, chopped carrots and several of the other goods was old and had fungus growth on it. When my wife returned they refused to refund as we did not have the slip even though it was still in the original packaging with their price sticker. Have been buying all fruit and veg there on a weekly basis, but will never be back.
