Staff on the floor can really shape up their customer service skills, and learn to speak English when someone speaks English. Not every customer is South African, we are a very diverse country, and it feels oppressive when you are forced to understand Vernacular even though you are not South African or even though you are Afrikaans speaking. Don't want to talk about the person/s at the spice side, they first finish their conversations with co-workers before assisting customers. I only go there cause I'm forced by the people sending me on errands, and the friendly cashiers.
