Food *****s decided to just ignore the post below on other socials. Guess they figure avoid and deny is the best defence.

#food*****smarket absolutely shocked at the amount of wrapping on your oxtail; 2x cling flim, vacuum packed and some polystyrene thrown in for good measure. Just doing the bare basics when it comes to cutting down on #plasticpollution I see. How does this tie in with your wholesome healthy image? I for one will not be shopping at your shops again until this has been received.
