Food *****s most terribly customers service received

I visited food *****s market in LA Lucia Durban and purchased pork cracking not seeing the expiration and it was the 17/01/2023, after eating and my family and I gotten sick so I checked the packet the exp date ws 06/01/2023 and this was still on the shelf 11 days later which means people don't do there jobs right..... I have layed complain with the manager and also spoke to head office lady named Kayeen so they told me to send my doctor's notes and recipes they will refund me back so I did so which costed me around R1900 so they received everything on the 23rd of January 2023.... And I have gotten no feed back what so ever from them unless I call so I called on the 10 of February 2023 and guess what they said I need future proof lol are they right in there head because wer will I get more proof from my body wen it's already so late... This is the most terrible customer service I have ever received and I don't recommend food *****s to any one.. What if something worst had to happen to one of us...
