Food *****'s Market...can you Read and understand Mr Manager

Good day

I hereby lodge a complaint about your Pie Special on Fridays...it seems that no matter the time I arrive to purchase the items (be it where I work in Roeland Street or where I live in Tokai on Main), there is always one flavour to select from and the other pies / sausage rolls are 30 minutes from being ready. Quite disappointing indeed, especially since I am hungry at that moment and NOT 30 minutes later...

This was my complaint 2 weeks ago on the Food *****'s Market complaints site...I had to actually follow up as to why no response to my complaint. Sigh...found I am better off having left it as I was today contacted by a Manager from Roeland street branch who says to me that there cannot only be ONE pie in store as they bake many pies...he is thus either unable to Read my complaint or understand what I am asking!

Mr Brian Coppin...my sincerest regards in employing capable staff in future...
