food *****s market stole my parcels.

<p><br /> On the 31st of January 2017 I went to food ***** market in lenasia at trade route to buy vegetables at the entrance I was told to leave my parcels and the security, and that the security will look after it. After buying I forgot about the parcel just as I arrived home I remembered and phone the market. The lady who answered told the phone asked me what kind of parcel it was I told her that it was a dress, two skirts , a scarf and a bra. She told me they found it and it was in their office. I told her that I won't come Saturday as I was attending a funeral. </p> <p> </p> <p>On Monday when I went there I was told that the lady who received the parcel was not at work and she didn't have a cellphone to confirm on where she put the parcels. They then took my particulars and promised to phone me but in vain. On Friday the 3rd I phoned and the lady said she going to check the parcel and asked for my particulars again in which I had to provide them again but a call was never returned again. I had to call again in which this time I was told that somebody left a game parcel and was given both mine and her parcels, in which to my surprise she was never asked the contents of the plastic as I was asked. The lady asked if I wanted to speak to the manager in which I did and when I asked for way forward she said there is nothing that they can do as I lost my parcels and not them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Saturday the 4th of February I went there with the police but they could not come to speak to us. My clothes are with R865 hope this matter will be resolved. </p>
