Food *****s Market Somerset West

My first bad experience was in January 2018, when I walked past the Sushi bar in Food *****s Market Somerset West. The lady that was rolling the Sushi and it fell on the floor, she picked it up and starting cutting it up and packing it into the packages. I went to complain to the manager and he said he will investigate the story. In February 2018 I went to buy hake and asked for it to be filleted and deboned, when I got home I found that there were still scales on the fillets and the fins weren't even removed. I complained to the manager and they replaced it then. I went back two or three time after to buy/ordered more hake and the same thing happened (scales & fins still on the fish). After the last incident I again complained to the manager and nobody come back to me. Last weekend I spoke shop head manager and he said he would revert back to me and to date I haven't heard anything. I have been supporting/using Food *****s Market for more than ten years. I am highly disgusted with their service.

I have pictures of the hake that they sold to me, and I will be taking this matter further.
