Food *****s Market NOT wheelchair friendly

I am in a wheelchair and last week on 12th or 13th of September I had a bad experience inside the Food *****s Market RichardsBay. I approached 3 members of their staff to please assist me in getting a basket as understanably I cannot use a trolley in a wheelchair. I was completely ignored. When I was struggling to get OUT of their store (this store is TOTALLY NOT wheelchair friendly. A female staff member did ask me what was wrong. I told her its too late now I am ****ed off and leaving. I could not leave the store in the designated exit and had to leave via the entrance. On Saturday I did get a phonecall from Food *****s requesting my contact details so they could investigate my problem.Up to mow no person from Food *****s has contacted me and I have had NO response from Food *****s Market. I have come to the conclusion that Food *****s Market is quite happy to be a WHEELCHAIR UNFRIENDLY store and could NOT give a damn if wheelcharers do not shop there. Gha gha ......they will not see me there ever. Pity they could not follow the example of Checkers as far as accommodating wheelchairs go.
