Food *****s Market Nicolway

I visited Food *****s Market at Nicolway on the 26 of May 2022. I bought mince and I cooked on the 29th of May while we're busy eating my son ate a small metal chip from the mince and broke his teeth, he started bleeding and crying so as a mom I had to make a plan for him, I hired a car for him around 7:30pm to take him to the dentist as he was crying and the bleeding couldn't stop. We got to the dentist and the doctor helped us and he managed to take out the metal chip. I went to Food ***** to complain and I did not get any joy from management, they were sending me from piller to post .when I called I was told to send emails but no response All I wanted from them is taking responsibities and refund me for all the expenses.ĺ
