FOOD *****'S MARKET

I'm very disappointed with the HR of this shop ( Food *****'s Market ) in Stonebridge.

She treats employees as trash. Obviously she is a ****** indeed. How can one work the whole month without awol then got paid R900 then when doing a pay query then told to go to hell.

She is using and abusing her powers as HR. Currently a cashier had a miscarriage last year due to frustration and pressure she gave her. Not only that she failed to assist the employee with maternity leave application on top of that she ****** same employee of her last pay. Employee was getting pay on her account but on the last month of work to maternity. HR sent another cashier to deposit on atm R2000 said to be 15 days leave plus 11 days worked. What a little salary. I don't believe it's on minimum wage regulation.

Poor employee got a miscarriage then decided to return to work. Only to be given a payslip of her last pay which is R3500 meaning the R2000 deposited shot paid was R1500. Till to date the employee has never been paid and her grevience was shuffled under the table.

Now same employee hestory repeat itself. She was getting paid on bank but she took annual leave before maternity and again HR stopped paying her on bank. Her last salary an employee sent to deposit the money. R2000 again deposited despite 18 days leave taken with 7 worked shift thats 25 shifts. The employee is not assisted again with maternity leave again. Instead the HR is giving the employee 2 months unpaid even when the employee has submitted documents for maternity from labour but HR doesn't want to process it.

DOL is not helping on both matter hence both incidents been reported to DOL. All they told employee they will come to the company but instead the employee is receiving threats from employee bosting to employee that she is waisting her time.
