Food *****s Cape town, Butchery, Staff and Pricing Review

As a fruit and Veg supplier, not bad, but be careful when buying meat there for one. Especially Pork and Chicken tends to be off, and the butchery staff need a LOOOOOT of training on customer service.... Parklands, Roeland Street, Cape Town.... IF I buy chicken or Pork at Food *****s nowadays, sorry guys, but I actually pierce a whole in the packaging to smell it first! A compliment to the staff in general, although they look sad and scared, usually friendly and helpful - excluding the mentioned butchery staff that is. (Imagine handing in an off piece of pork shank, use by date 4 days ahead and bought at the butchery "fresh" the day before.... and the butcher asks you " Oh so you want a fresher one?" Anyway... amount of tills available for service is Awesome!. Watch however every scan as Food *****s loves to not always charge the correct prices/specials.
