FOOD ***** STORE GREAT SERVICE ON LINE OR PERSONAL SHOPPING

CONGRATS TO THE FOOD *****S SUPER MARKET CHAIN !!!!! I felt I must write this review to tell the public about this super market food supplier chain, as they are really FANTASTIC for all the on line consumers that cannot go to the stores particular us oldies !! The one store I've been dealing with in particular is "Chili on Top" who have been absolutely fantastic IN EVERY WAY !!! All what they require you to do is make a list of what you want : fresh veges, fruit, meat, sea food, groceries etc and email it to them for a quote and they include all their specials that they have on the go and email the quote back to you to accept or make any changes before accepting a final quote then arrange the delivery with you !! They deliver on the day you want it either morning or afternoon AND MOST IMPORTANTLY you PAY with your "DEBIT CARD" !!!! "NOT A CREDIT CARD as most if not all other of the other super markets insist on !!!!!! Goods are well packed and delivered with no mistakes no breakages !!!! AND if you a pensioner and order on pensioners day you get the discount as well pensioners discount !! I dealt with a very pleasant lady by the name of Grace in the admin dept who was really an absolutely great and handled the 1st order so well that we ordered our 2nd order through her as well !! She even arranged the fresh fish dept to phone us for what we wanted and a guy by the of Maxwell gave us prices etc of what they have and we ordered what we wanted and he included it in our quote !! The fresh fish he supp**** was really cut well and packed beautifully and a good price too !! SO KEEP IT UP GUYS IT'S A PLEASURE DEALING WITH YOUR STORES !! We have visited and bought from your your new Waterfall store before the recent lockdown and found it a pleasure to shop at as the store is well packed laid out with plenty of space between the aisles and prices very good especially on the fresh veges, fruit, sea food and meat !! Only point I'd like to make is that the bread variety is very limited and would like to see other bread added like the Sasko range i.e. White GI Honey and Oats and Brown Cranbury and NOT just the run of the mill range !! The butter is very expensive and also the yogurt range too !! But all in all very competitive with most products and certainly way ahead with GREAT service and VERY EASY ordering on line !!!
