FLM(food *****s market) and its *** service!!

These franchises is becoming the worst **** when it comes to customer service and quality of it.

In discussion we have Garden route mall and Kuilsriver branches.

*** service in George as I bought stuff and end up finding that it has been opened already and inferior quality of product. Branch management reluctant to deal with the situation!!! SAD!

End up being referred by a "Dimitri", to a branch close to home (Kuilsriver Capetown) to do a reimbur*****t, having two mother****ing brothers (franchisee) telling me that they are doing me a favor. Even after I was referred there from a " Regional Representative"

This ended up finding that again I was done in by having being charged for product I didn't have/take. This two assholes maintaining they are doing me a favor after ending up back at the store to have it rectified.

I would like the community to unite to put an end to this *** of being told what to, or not to buy with our own hard earned money!!! I want FLM to own up that there service is *** and that they will rectify it.
