FLM - was good while it lasted for the attraction and opening

Bought 2 spatch**** chickens on Saturday. Defrosted one yesterday to braai. It was off. Called the store and spoke to someone in the butcher who advised me to take pics of the chickens and she would whatsapp me to send through pics and a refund would be given. Still waiting, tried calling the store 5 times now and nobody answers and the voice recording says "mail box full". Called customer care, spoke to somebody who said they would get someone from the store to call me. It has been 2 hours since this last call and still waiting.
