FLM SELLS ROTTEN PRODUCE & DOESN'T BOTHER TO RESPOND

On 24 December 2017, I recorded a complaint on this Hello Peter forum for rotten produce bought at Food *****s Market Hillfox.

I also advised that although it was the first time I had complained on the forum, it was not the first time I had bought sub-standard produce at Food *****s Market.

On 28 December 2017, the offending company responded with their copy-paste response of: "Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have escalated this matter onto the relevant parties and one of our representatives will be in contact with you. " Blah blah blah...

As I had heard nothing from the offending company in months, despite their empty promises as noted above, I again noted a complaint on the Hello Peter website.

On 6 March 2018, I noted the same compalint as this company clearly do not care about customers or the fact that they are selling rotten produce.

They never bothered to respond that that message.

It is now 18 June 2018 (6 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE) and I AM STILL AWAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

WHY LIE TO A COMPLAINTANT ADVISING THAT A REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE IN TOUCH WHEN THEY NEVER WILL.

I am shocked and dismayed at this poor and unprofessional service from this company. And never mind the original complaint for rotten produce that was never ever attended to!!

A 1 star response to this company is not low enough to express my opinion of their appalling behaviour; they really deserve less!
