FLM Pinehurst Excellent Service

Bought a chicken braaipack, when we got home found that it was off and I called Food *****s Pinehurst to exchange. The lady who answered my call was super friendly and apologetic. She invited me to come by and replace it at my leisure. I brought the chicken pack and receipt to the butchery and the supervisor was also incredibly friendly and apologetic. He selected an excellent braai pack to replace the one i returned (though he gave me a few options of whether I want to replace or get reimbursed). The whole matter was dealt with so professionally and with such humility that I was left humbled. For the past 4 years I have been using Food *****'s Market Pinehurst as my shop of choice and never had a problem. I am delighted to see if i do have a problem, how they deal with it.
