Fig tree food *****s market

On 23 August 2018 my car was bumped with a trolley by a staff member at food *****s market Fig tree Port Elizabeth. The manager seemed very helpful telling me it would be sorted out by their insurance and took copies of my drivers license and we both exchanged details. She told me to go get quotes done for the damage so it could be sent off to the insurance but I have been sending emails to her for 2 months with no response. When I phone them they tell me they will follow up but I never hear a word back.
