Feta Cheese MUSH

We bought a small container of Feta cheese from Food *****s, Kyalami on Sunday and when we opened it up yesterday, it was complete MUSH. It is completely impossible to separate the cheese from the water so we effectively have a bowl of feta soup (I do have images of the product if required). The taste seemed ok so it wasn't off as far as I can tell. It is however unusable so we would like a refund and a replacement please. I don't know if it melted at some point during transport to the shop, but we took our shopping (including the cheese) home and placed items into the fridge immediately after shopping so there was no extended exposure to heat after it was purchased.
