FALSE ADVERTISING & WORST CUSTOOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCED....

On Tuesday evening 27/11/2018 ....I had visited Menlyn Mall branch of Food *****s Market , On entry, I picked up one the sale catalogues ,browsed through it, and braai snoek at R50 for 2 was advertised with a picture of braai snoek as you imagine braai snoek to be with the tomato and onion etc. I immediately went to look for the "BRAAI" snoek,as I have purchased the boxed braai snoek before from them,so knew exactly what I was looking for. However what is advertised and what they sell you is 2 completely different items. The item that they selling is cut up fillets of snoek,which looks salted. How does that constitute as braai snoek,and it looks absolutely NOTHING to what is advertised . So upon paying and spending R1100 at the store , I bring the false adverti*****t to the attention of the so called "manager" by the name of SHAI , my word ....I can not begin to explain the bad attitude of this man , who instead of taking ownership that there was perhaps an error or taking the onus to assist clients and loyal ones at that ....Rather asks me questions like "did I print this ad" ? ,what a joke ! Then I ask him are you the manager , from being the manager of the store, changes his title to manager of the seafood department. Nevertheless , he walks with me to the seafood section and insists that the snoek being sold is in fact braai snoek .....I ask him , how can BRAAI snoek be advertised and fillets of snoek sold of as braai snoek, more importantly ...how does one even braai that small fillets of snoek .....His response was "you can braai it,like that in the picture" .....what I fail to realise ,is that Menlyn mall.....would hire such an arrogant and person with such less knowledge as a "manager" of any department. I come back to the till area,and the till lady now introduces me to another guy ,who I'm told is now the assistant store manager.....his attitude and willingness to listen was a lot better then the SHAI guy I dealt with minutes before.....I was told that he will speak to the stoor manager today and will be given feedback......will await for feedback, and update a response if and when they respond ......
