False advertising. Breaking consumers act

I had an unpleasant experience this morning. I wanted to purchase items that was advertised "on special". Arrived at food *****s and no stock, I asked around and was told that there were no stock as head office never released the stock to other branches but they are STILL advertising the special... THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. I will report food *****s to the NCC as this goes against the consumer protection act 68. I was not the first unhappy customer to complain. Food *****s need to take into consideration the time and petrol it cost us consumers to support them and then to be told we were mislead.
