False Advertising

On the 28th of February I went for your 25th birthday celebration specials to the Roeland Street store, Cape Town. They advertised the charcoal/briquette with a free braai fan. When I got to the till they advised me the braai fans are out of stock. The cashier wrote on the receipt collect fan and informed me that I should call a few day later to find out if stock arrived. It is now the 12th of June, I have called on numerous occasions no answer, I have emailed no response. I want my braai fan as that is the reason why I purchased the charcoal.
