**** Promo & Trash Service

<p>Customer service at Food *****'s Market at Willowbridge is complete and utter trash. I went to get the pizza slices on promo ans there only two slices left and Bishop who was manning the Pizza station said that the FLM large pizza are also on a 'buy one - get one free' promo (it was right before closing time). I only needed about four slices but I thought it's a good deal so it's fine. This guy physically took me to where the promo pizzas were and showed me. When I get home I realise the cashier had charged me for both pizzas. I came to the store to query and get my refund. And firstly, the lady (who displays no empathy whatsoever) I spoke to said there was no promo on those pizzas. Said they cannot refund me as the guy (Bishop) who told me that has already left. I even asked her to check their cameras and call Bishop right now. She says the best she can do is take my number and call me tomorrow, they will have to ask Bishop first and then speak with her manager. Afterwhich I ask her 'so I have to come back here for the third time??' And this condescending female says 'we can just deliver your pizza'. My response was I do not want your pizza, I want my money. Such appaulling service. And this is not the first time I'm overcharged by FLM.</p>
