extremly bad customer service

I feel tht I was disrespected in front of other customers. I was standing in a line for almost 30mins of which I understood & did not mind. Then a lady tht was serving m. Be came rude & disrespected m in front of other customers. I m hurt, ashamed & belittled. I wonder if I was undermined. I m a regular customer but never ever been treated with such disrespect. I feel I deserve an apology from the lady. U don't do that. I m merely a customer. I refuse to be humiliated in that manner<br>
