Extremely Long Queues

Sunday 30 August, Hillfox. The queue for the tills was so long that the people queued up until the entrance. There was absolutely NO staff on the floors to assist with anything. The manager clearly mismanaged as she called all staff to the tills from the floor and still it didn't resolve anything. I felt sorry for elderly people. This was shocking and unacceptable.
