Extremely Disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Food *****’s Market Westgate Mall. On 4 August 2026, I purchased a Wors Manager package for R129.99. It looked perfectly fine when I bought it, but when I was ready to cook it, I noticed a very bad smell and the meat appeared to be off. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get time off work to return it for a refund. I’m sharing this experience because customers deserve to feel confident that the meat they purchase is fresh and safe to use. I hope Food *****’s Market Westgate takes this complaint seriously and investigates what happened with this product.
