EXTRA LEAN Mince drenched in FAT!!

<p>I used to love food *****s and I buy there regulary. I was recently hospitalised and now have some dietry changes to make...I bought some EXTRA LEAN mince at this store, because it is a really good price....only to discover once I cooked it, it has MORE FAT in than the fattiest boerewors!!! My pan was almost covered halfway with thick fat once it cooled down. How the hell can this be EXTRA LEAN??????? Now my health is back to worse thanks to FOOD *****S!!! I want an explanation!!! Are the going to pay my medical bills??? Obviously not!!! I will not leave this here!</p>
