Expoitation

This company uses so called customer assistants to help customers pack their purchases and push the trolley to the car. They do not pay these people, but the customer is expected to tip them( and then the car guard as well). I believe that the assistants are forced to hire their uniforms from the company. How cool for the company! Money for nothing, as the assistants, who are mostly foreigners, will not complain, as they will lose their jobs immediately. It is reprehensible to exploit people like this.
