Expired smoothie, hairy soup

As Food *****'s Market is close to where I work, and their food is cheap, people from the office frequent the store often. However, within 3 months of getting lunch here, I've encountered a rotten smoothie, and well as large, curly black hair, follicle and all, in my chicken and mushroom soup. Where are your standards? Come on guys. I will never buy food from you again, no matter how well priced it is.
