Expired good sold as fresh at Sunward Park Store

I bought cheese on (11 Jan 2018) and I noticed it had green mould after eating some of it with my family. The cheese was best before 04-01-2018 and was still left to be sold to customers.

Management at, Sunward Park store, are unapologetic and refused to give me a FULL REFUND, stating that I've already eaten the cheese. They continued to claim that the date is in American format. This is not true because cheese cannot last for up to 4 months (even if refrigerated). I don't think they understand the seriousness of selling rotten food to the general public.

I was a regular customer at Food *****s and I'm very disappointed at the recent experience. I reported the matter to complaints office but received no response.
