EXCELLENT OUTSTANDING aftersales service! Amazing!
I bought some mince which I was unhappy with. I emailed them at about 22:00 the one evening and first thing the following morning i received not only a reply to my email apologizing for my complaint but a call from both head office and the store. My complaint was resolved immediately! A big thank you to Food *****s and Pieter the butchery manager at Food *****s Woodlands Pretoria for the outstanding customer service!!! This is why i always buy most of my groceries from Food *****s Woodlands. Ill tell you what, businesses could learn a thing or two about service from you!
