Excellent Customer Service

I recently reported a promotion that had not been honoured and when I went back to the new Bothasig store to question it, I was incorrectly told that one of the products was not part of the promotion. I was contacted immediately by the Store after my email and the matter was resolved by Rick, far exceeding my expectations of being satisfied. I am delighted to know that this new branch listens to their customers, apologizes when they have made a mistake and immediately sees fit to resolve the matter!
