Entitlement to search parcels.

On the 14th May 2020 I was at Food *****s Park Meadows. As I was busy with the cashier finalising my transaction. The security came from the exit and started to search my sealed(parcels was sealed by flm security at the door with red sellotape) pick n pay. I asked him what are you doing and he rudely told me he is security. FLM security has a tendency of harassing paying customers. The least he could have done is wait for me to finish then ask permission to search my parcels. We are facing a global pandemic whereby people are paraniod and have fear, then your gaurds feel that they are entitled to touch our parcels with their unsantitized hands. Customer service is clearly non existant in FLM Park Meadows. Please advise whether harassment towards paying customers is the criteria for hiring your security guards.
