Empty promises on advertised food & rotten stock

There was a great R10 sale in the Western Cape yesterday. I made sure to be there nice & early.. What a disaster. Only half the tills were manned which caused a very unpleasantly long queue. They advertised banana bread & sausage rolls as part of the spesials, but the shelves were empty. I bought baby potatoes, but when I opened my cupboard this morning the potatoes were GREEN. I also bought bell peppers & the 1st one I sliced open is rotten inside. What happened to quality control?
