Double Payment

Being at Food *****s and having paid with my credit card, transaction was completed and successful, I was advised that the transaction did not go through due to network failure. I was then informed that they had to reprocess the payment and the original payment would be reversed immediately. Having checked the next day, this was not the case; the transaction went through twice. Please rectify.
