Disgusting service

Worst service ever: I went to buy some meat at Food *****s Tokai, when I got to the butcher and ask the lady to assist me with pork rashers, she asked her colleague to assist me. Her colleague rudely asked me to go to the fridge and get pre packed rashers when I specifically asked the pork rashers from the butcher. I immediately got annoyed by this because that was not the 1st time being asked to go to the fridge, the matter escalated now myself and the butcher are exchanging words. I had to ask him to shut and to call his manager. Which he did to my surprise the butcher manager Shaun's service was even worse instead of resolving the problem he became irate and told me in my face that I can leave the store if I wasn't happy with their service. So I understood why the butcher said I could report him to the manager or anyone for that matter. What made things worse is that this is not the 1st time this is happening another customer that was behind me also said he experienced the same problem with the butcher. I am so disappointed with their service and how the manager handled the whole situation. I love Food *****s Tokai but today was the last straw
