Disgusting service

I was at my local Food *****s Market(Comaro Crossing Johannesburg) There are 5 tellers that service customers with less than 10items but for some odd reason, there were no tellers manning the tills. This means that one needs to wait a full 25mins to purchase 3 items. I enquired with the supervisor why there was no service at the tills and not only was she rude and dismissive, she point blank told me to wait in the queue and I will "get my turn". Totally disgusted by this service
