Disgusting service

My colleagues and I went to food *****s Fourways today to buy lunch. We waited for over an hour. People came and left while we were waiting for our food. The service is so slow people who came after us were given first preference. There's a guy by the name of Thapelo, he thinks he is the head chef there, his arrogance and attitude makes him look stupid! he chooses who he wants to serve and he will ignore you literally, such a waste of employee. Someone needs to put a system in place there, the service is shocking. Am I supposed to wait for my food for over an hour because I'm not friends with the guys there?
