disgusting -my stomach is still turning

I am so disappointed. Bought a roll with chicken and mushroom this morning well atleast thats what I thought until I bit something a little hard,when I took it out to look at it it was someone's nail. I am so disgusted I even threw up this afternoon when I thought about it. The sad thing is that food *****s market is one of those stores that I trust so much. I feel so let down.
