Disgusting assistant, obnoxius, rude and unhelpful.

Went to Arbor crossing as usual for weekly shopping. Shocked to find that they haven't trained their employees on the consumers laws and rights of customers. I was treated abusively by the attendant who weighs the nuts etc. I asked her her name and she refused to give it to me. I told her its my right to know and she said she will neither apologise for her behaviour, nor give me her name because she knows I want to complain about her!!! She was so rude that I was left humiliated, embarrased, traumatised by her unreasonable and inexplicable behaviour. I am really sad that my favourite store employs people like her. She came to me and snatched the little plastics I had in my hand for filling the nuts in. When I refused to give it to her she got very angry. I had weighed 4 packets and saw the queue for the bakery had gotten smaller, so I quickly went to get the supplies I needed there, with the 4 plastics in my hand. She came and grabbed them from my hand and said she will give it to me when I go back to her!!!! Am I going to ***** 4 little plastics??? Such behaviour was bad in itself, but worse was that she said she didn't do anything wrong and that she wouldn't give me her name!!! I want to know what management is going to do about it.
