Disgusted customer

The worst experience I encountered at Food *****'s market Jabulani mall. I was expected to shop whilst running around to keep my 3 year old intact because I was not allowed to put him in the trolley. The trolleys with the seats for kids to sit were all chained, no note informing customers of the reason. The person who was at the door was rude about it, no explanation whatsoever. I feel it is very insensitive that you advertise specials and obviously we buy a lot, shopping on my own with a toddler and I have to maintain social distancing, make sure my child is safe during these times when kidnapping are on a peak and and the shop so inconveniently. I am disgusted. I complained on facebook and I was told they will look into the matter, no one has bothered to come back to me with an explanation.
