Disgusted

I have been a regular shopper at flm hillcrest but this weekend was my last visit to your store. The produce department was appaling. I approached the "manager" Craig to bring to his attention the state of the fruit and veg just to be greeted by rude and abrupt mumbles. As i was standing in the queue at the tills he proceeded to belittle one of the staff members in front of all the shoppers. Surely the manager has had training on how to speak to people "customers and staff".

I left my trolley and shopping and went to another retailer where my shopping experience was wonderful.
