Discrimitory service from management

I was just at the food *****s stored in Sunward Park and the service I received was atrocious. While shopping my trolley accidently bump a shelf that had a bottled substance. I reported it to a store assistant and proceeded to the tills. I was then accosted by another staff member insisting I pay for the item. I then requested that manager be called as the policy of you break you pay is no where to be seen. The store manager Francios was called but he just walked away. I then went to the till. Another manager Shannon came and was not reasonable with regards to the policy and lack of display. I then walked out. After a few minutes u returned to the store trying to resolve the issue. The store manager was still not available. Following my interaction of the staff members who assisted me this is treatment that black patrons get from management and the Caucasian are treated differently. My hope from this is that if there are policies to be adhered to they should be clearly displayed at all times, secondly if the manager is requested he should at least grace us with his presence and actually support his staff and last but not least all patrons irrespective of race should be treated equally.
