Disappointing service from Food *****s

I went into the Store situated at the Pearls in Umhlanga. Purchased a few items, among them been a pack of firelighters which was priced @ R16,99. I paid for my items, but when I got back to the hotel, I realised I was charged R29,99. I went back for a refund but a very rude store manager by the name of Leazel refused to do so. She said it was the wrong price that was on the shelf label. That's it, no apology, no offer for a refund, NOTHING, and to top it all, she was extremely rude and evasive. Never went back to that store to shop.
