Disappointing service @ FLM Stellenbosch Fruitstop

After moving to Stellenbosch I would do all my shopping @ FLM every weekend.<br> After numerous bad experiences I have stopped.<br> I have shared my experiences with a few people only to find out this is an ongoing occurrence to them as well.<br> My sister used to go there everyday to get smoothies - she also has to wait for almost 5 minutes just to be served while being the only customer at the counter.<br> After waiting so long, all you get is a look(no smile) and then the staff first decide who is going to serve you.<br> Whilst looking very demotivated you eventually get served.<br> Not even wanting my smoothie anymore, I still wait while a few chats are first made among the staff.<br> This has happened almost every time I visit the store!<br> The service from the other counters in the shop is still good but this has put me off the whole store.<br> Very disappointing.<br>
