Disappointing Customer Service

I visited the Crescent branch yesterday after work around 17.25pm. It's those R50 deals that I came for. The Salad combo with a cucumber, those ****tail tomatoes, 2 pack green pepper and one lettuce for R50 was unavailable after I enquired with the floor assistant, who looked like he had enough of the day and wanted to go home. He had been packing the blueberries on the shelf when myself and another customer asked him about the green pepper,2 pack not on the shelf. He said to us no we can't get the combo coz the pepper is finished we must come back tomorrow afternoon. I asked if I could take another pepper in its place and he said no we can't. So if I come back today and the green pepper isn't on the shelf is that floor assistant going to compensate me for my fuel ? The cashier tells me all these items are on a combo for R50 but the peppers are missing , so I explain to her the situation and she said that they were supposed to give you the loose ones to make up the combo. But did she try to help after knowing that this is on combo? It's sad to know that customer service isn't a priority like it used to be. Another thing, the pamphlet at the entrance of the store, advertised the dried fruit salad or pitted prunes 500g , 2 for R50. But it was the 250g that was on special. Why guys why ? Totally disappointed with this branch service .
