Disappointed customer

Recently bought crumb chicken burgers at Food *****s Kuilsriver, when i baked it...found out it was crumbed fish, which one of my family members is allergic to. When I mailed them about this concern, they said it was a labelling issue and asked me to bring it in with my till slip for a replacement. Wow...as if it was my fault they ****d up the labeling. Why should I now be inconvenienced for their mistakes. Very disappointed. A few years back big retailers,made more effort to resolve a issue without bothering the customer. (Getting the products from the customer, refunding or replacing the products, and or vouchers for further incentives) I had to now throw away the rest of those **** crumb burgers. To the average south African this is a big lost, and obviously won't effect these big retailers. They really need to do better.
