Disappointed customer..

I am so annoyed at the level of incompetency from the Food *****s Market Sunward Lifestyle Centre cashiers and the managers are just as ***********...Half the time they have a special 90% of the items are not available in store...I was in store on the 25/10/2021 and complained that there is no house brand Milk and Tissues which are on the catalog but not on the shelves.....Sinethemba Mkhize was not bothered and told me that she is just a cashier and doesn't know anything about stock, however, she took my contact number and said she will call me back...I posted on Facebook to follow up on the 27th Oct 2021 response was that the store will get hold of me...I called on the 28th Oct 2021 spoke to Samke who told me that she has 1 box of low-fat milk and will try to get the other products from other stores but did not get back to me....When I called on Sunday morning being the last day of the special I spoke to Janine that said I need to drive to another food *****s store as the 1 box in store is damaged...I have spoken to a manager a few months back who has had me drive from Sunward to The Reef only for me not to find what I am looking for...as to why I am still shopping there, beats me...the service is appalling, no customer service what so ever...No raincheck option, no feedback provided...Like there is just no service whatsoever!!! I actually don't know what you have,I dread coming there - your service is despicable..If I could rate you no star at all,that is what I would have given.
