Disappointed

Hello Peter....

On the 1st of September I went to buy plain yogurt at food*****s in arbour crossing unfortunately when I opened it I noticed that it has expired a month ago...

I went back for my refund but the treatment I got there was very bad 👎 from the supervisor to the second incharge manager....

The supervisor didn't even greet me she just took the yogurt and asked me what was wrong with it but she didn't even gave me a chance to explain she just grabbed it on my hand and went to the front....I had to figure it out myself that she's going to do my refund... What broke my heart is the way they attended my complain they didn't care.....I asked for the manager and she said "The manager is off" well I asked her who is in charge if the manager is off she said "I DONT KNOW I WILL CHECK" like really

She went to that "second in charge" and explains that "IM SAYING THE YOGURT HAS EXPIRED" the managers answer was " Who died" and they laughed.....I'm so disappointed shame with foodovers to think that I'm always there breaks my heart....the Frontline staff is not friendly at all...
