Dirty bread

I dont understand why is it so hard to clean the bread cutting machine at this soweto store,its forever dirty never a day when its clean and the man at the parcel counter tells me its because people cut hot bread in huge amounts,its not an excuse! just because we in Soweto doesnt mean we must eat dirt,the bread sold isnt always in a plastic bag and other baked goods are not covered,people sneeze,flies sit on anything anywhere WHY DOES FOOD *****S MARKET NOT COVER THEIR FOOD AND SPICES?
